New to the menu at Haven Gastropub in Orange is Marché Noir Foods Cabernet Fettuccine, which Chef Greg pairs with Baby Octopus, Roma Tomatoes, Pecorino, Kalamata Olives and Lemon Mosto Oil.  He was gracious enough to invite us into his kitchen and allow our crack team to film him making this dish.  Enjoy the results below:
